The Truth is the Truth and Your Eternal Wellbeing Lives in that Understanding! In recent years a new spirit has been awakening. People are exploring realms that have been shrouded in mystery and confusion. New churches, alternative healing modalities and spiritual centres have grown in every country. The yearning to be reconnected to the earth, to spirit, to God, is being expressed in books, movies, magazines, workshops, new age centres and within existing institutions. Many are no longer satisfied with the fear- based patterns within and around them. People are seeking transformation. This transformation affects all areas of society: from a growing interest in healthier food to preventive health care and education and political reform. The fragmentation of knowledge can lead one to pursue a new, healthy diet, but ignore the debilitating effect of psychological pollution. There are few organisations where people can find a holistic approach to satisfying their needs for transformation and integrated ascension. There was a time when I too was fascinated and preoccupied by all the upstairs stuff going on, for me it was a wonderful distraction from the real responsibility of being here fully present in each and every moment grounding and expressing the frequencies of love which spiritualise matter and usher in the Golden Age. It's great to be connected and aware of the higher planes and dimensions yet our job is to be here and live an extraordinary life in an ordinary way, that is how we anchor the light, wisdom and truth of the higher planes and dimensions here and that is how our presence will transform society/civilisation. So many I know allow their consciousness to float beyond their physical presence in most moments, basking in the frequencies of 'home', but 'home' is not where the problems are, the problems are here. Our responsibility is to become as physically and psychologically clear as possible so as to introduce those frequencies of 'home' to this time space. We are channels , points of connection between the higher and lower worlds and everything we channel comes through the lower 4 bodies, the physical, emotional, mental and soul vehicle and if those bodies are not free of judgment, self righteousness and the see-saw of inferiority and superiority then everything we channel into the Earth plane is contaminated. By far the most important focus for us all at this critical time in our planets evolution is to cultivate the qualities of purity of motive and clarity of intention, all the spiritual developments is but the first step in becoming an effective working Master. Seeing and experiencing the lack of integration and clarity within the spiritual community, the founders, staff and teachers of the academy are dedicated to holistic and integrated growth. Enough fighting and crying and blaming and struggling to hold on. Then, like a child quieting down after a tantrum, you blink back your tears and begin to look at the world through new eyes. This is your awakening. You realise it's time to stop hoping and waiting for something to change, or for happiness, safety and security to magically appear over the next horizon. You realise that in the real world there aren't always fairy tale endings, and that any guarantee of "happily ever after" must begin with you... and in the process a sense of serenity is born of acceptance. You awaken to the fact that you are not perfect and that not everyone will always love, appreciate or approve of who or what you are... and that's OK. They are entitled to their own views and opinions. You learn the importance of loving and championing yourself... and in the process a sense of new found confidence is born of self-approval. Self-reliance You stop complaining and blaming other people for the things they did to you - or didn't do for you - and you learn that the only thing you can really count on is the unexpected. You learn that people don't always say what they mean or mean what they say and that not everyone will always be there for you and that everything isn't always about you. So, you learn to stand on your own and to take care of yourself... and in the process a sense of safety and security is born of self-reliance. You stop judging and pointing fingers and you begin to accept people as they are and to overlook their shortcomings and human frailties... and in the process a sense of peace and contentment is born of forgiveness. You learn to open up to new worlds and different points of view. You begin reassessing and redefining who you are and what you really stand for. Discernment You learn the difference between wanting and needing and you begin to discard the doctrines and values you've outgrown, or should never have bought into to begin with. You learn that there is power and glory in creating and contributing and you stop maneuvering through life merely as a "consumer" looking for your next fix. You learn that principles such as honesty and integrity are not the outdated ideals of a bygone era, but the mortar that holds together the foundation upon which you must build a life. You learn that you don't know everything, it's not your job to save the world and that you can't teach a pig to sing. You learn that the only cross to bear is the one you choose to carry and that martyrs get burned at the stake. Then you learn about love. You learn to look at relationships as they really are and not as you would have them be. You learn that alone does not mean lonely. You stop trying to control people, situations and outcomes. You learn to distinguish between guilt and responsibility and the importance of setting boundaries and learning to say NO. You also stop working so hard at putting your feelings aside, smoothing things over and ignoring your needs. You learn that your body really is your temple. You begin to care for it and treat it with respect. You begin to eat a balanced diet, drink more water, and take more time to exercise. You learn that being tired fuels doubt, fear, and uncertainty and so you take more time to rest. And, just as food fuels the body, laughter fuels our soul. So you take more time to laugh and to play. You learn that, for the most part, you get in life what you believe you deserve, and that much of life truly is a self-fulfilling prophecy. You learn that anything worth achieving is worth working for and that wishing for something to happen is different than working toward making it happen. More importantly, you learn that in order to achieve success you need direction, discipline and perseverance. You also learn that no one can do it all alone, and that it's OK to risk asking for help. You learn the only thing you must truly fear is fear itself. You learn to step right into and through your fears because you know that whatever happens you can handle it and to give in to fear is to give away the right to live life on your own terms. You learn to fight for your life and not to squander it living under a cloud of impending doom. You learn that life isn't always fair, you don't always get what you think you deserve and that sometimes seemingly negative things happen to unsuspecting, good people... and you learn not to always take it personally.  Taking Responsibility for Yourself Then you realise that life is about learning lessons by making mistakes, a series of challenges to be met and mastered and you begin to enjoy the rhythm of the challenges. You learn that nobody's punishing you and everything isn't always somebody's fault. It's just life happening. You learn to admit when you are wrong and to build bridges instead of walls. You learn that negative feelings such as anger, envy and resentment must be understood and redirected or they will suffocate the life out of you and poison the universe that surrounds you. You learn to be thankful and to take comfort in many of the simple things we take for granted, things that millions of people upon the earth can only dream about: a full refrigerator, clean running water, a soft warm bed, a long hot shower. Then, you begin to take responsibility for yourself by yourself and you make yourself a promise to never betray yourself and to never, ever settle for less than your heart's desire. You make it a point to keep smiling, to keep trusting, and to stay open to every wonderful possibility. You hang a wind chime outside your window so you can listen to the wind. Finally, with courage in your heart, you take a stand, you take a deep breath, and you begin to design the life you want to live as best you can. We are here to assist you with this process! I remember when I was young... When I was about 13 I just loved apples, I really looked forward to my afternoon apple each day, the explosion of life force, the juiciness. So anyway, one day I was mindlessly munching away on an apple while doing something else, and when I looked at the apple it was rotten, it made me sick, and I had such a fear reaction that I vowed in my wisdom to never eat another apple. I generalised from the particular, I judged the whole based upon an isolation, and a door closed in that moment. I allowed my fear to cause me to forget how much I enjoyed my apples, and to forget the joy that my heart experienced before the fear got a hold of me. Years later I faced my irrational fear, and had another apple, I realised then that my fear had caused me to deny myself the opportunity to experience joy and life nurturing sustenance. Now I often enjoy an apple, I am careful to look for the signs that it is not rotten, and my first bite is small and cautious, but I do not discard an apple just because it has a few bruises on the skin either. This is the Tao, the middle way, the way of wisdom my friend. We are always here for you my friend, when you feel worthy enough, when you are courageous enough, we will be here with an outstretched hand. Skepticism in order to perceive the truth and the caution which goes with it is the way of wisdom! But if you are skeptical in order to tear down, if you are a fault finder rather than a love finder then the truth shall allude you dear one. So be open, but not completely, for the GOD Within will create it's own knowing! In our age filled with wondrous gadgets and glamorous distractions, I find it good to reflect upon the fact that the actual meaning of the word spirit is "to love".So often we have heard that GOD is LOVE, so it follows then that to realise GOD as a human being we must learn how to love, fully present, in each and every moment. Easy to say, but in the modern world this will be the hardest thing you will ever do my friends. Why is this being 'in, of and for love' in each and every moment so difficult? The answer is indeed simple, and is answered beautifully in the words, 'GOD equals human minus ego'. The ego, or perhaps to be more accurate, the fear based ego, is something that we all create by giving in to fear. But why is this being 'in, of and for love' in each and every moment so difficult? The answer is indeed simple, and is answered beautifully in the words of the Veda's, 'GOD equals Man minus ego'. The ego, or perhaps to be more accurate, the fear based component of the ego, is something that we all create by giving in to fear. We believe our own lies, we do not own our personal power and we often do not act out of the wellspring of wisdom inside each and every one of us that is the 'God Within'. There is really but one choice in life, the choice between LOVE and fear! Every encounter, every situation in your life is a challenge that is an opportunity to choose love rather than fear and so move forward on the path of spiritual and personal growth. Most people do not realise is that there are four distinct levels to Personal Growth, the physical level, emotional level, mental level and the spiritual level. To achieve true God Realisation, all 4 levels be equally balanced and mastered! Fear contracts, closes down, inhibits, draws in, runs, hides, hoards, harms and separates. LOVE on the other hand, expands, nurtures, supports, tolerates, understands, is patient, opens up, sends out, stays, reveals, is honest, shares, unifies and heals. Every encounter, every situation in your life is a challenge that is an opportunity to choose love rather than fear and so move forward on the path of the spiritual growth. Fear is frozen love Fear is frozen LOVE and everytime you give into fear you energise and create the fear based component of the ego. The task really is to raise and purify the vibration of real to return it to unity, integrity, non-attachment and unconditional-ness! There are many paths to the knowing, of re-igniting who you are. None are better than another, for all is just different as a way of expression. However, some may radiate the reality of source through the lenses of unclarity and spiritual pride. Many lightworkers, wayshowers and spiritual teachers on our beloved earth are enslaved by the glamours and illusions of important work. I am astonished at how many are so convinced they have a monopoly on truth, or claim the highest truth, or the only way to GOD. Many believe that empowerment is about the individual self, that initiation is about the separate self. But the heart knows only unity and the progressive entry into agreement with the mind of GOD. I make no claims to be anything other than one who is devoted to assisting other ONE's to realise and actualise the GOD within, I allow the heart songs of each the other to speak of my teachings. I choose no recognition nor do my beliefs require the appreciation or agreement of any other. Allow your heart to simply know, you either resonate with the processes I bring forth or you do not. Let your heart decide, my friend. Trust the singing heart and do not allow in moments hence for the ego and its reasoning mind to create fear, doubt or disbelief. Remain affixed to the memory of the essence of that moment within which the heart sang and allow that song to guide you home. There are many mystery teachings available. All have something to offer as a way to truth and remembering who you are. My work is about becoming successful across the entire spectrum of personal growth, physical success, emotional success, mental success and spiritual success. The question you need to ask yourself of everything you encounter is,"Does this have anything to do with grounding and expressing love?" I may assist you to remember what happened in ancient times, I may help you to develop spiritual gifts, or awaken you into the mysteries of time and space, however only if this will assist you to ground and express love fully in each and every moment, my friend. The rest as far as I am concerned is art for arts sake, the only thing I am interesting in teaching you is how to ground and express love in each and every moment across the whole spectrum of human existence. This translates to success: LOVE = SUCCESS in my understanding. So if you resonate, then that is wondrous, Welcome Home. Another thing you have to realise is that enlightenment and GOD Realisation are two different things. Enlightenment is about building a light body, or in other words, activating and energising the subtle bodies we call the aura. This is easy to do! But it has nothing to do with acquiring wisdom, or being love in each and every moment. In order to bring that 'upstairs' light into the real world, you have to clear out all fear from yourself as a human being, otherwise all that light will become contaminated with fear in your expression as a human being. Real mastery is about being your own "source" on every level of your being! On the ground that means blending your life mission and purpose with earning a living and relating with people in a state which is free from the fetters of fear! Our beloved planet Earth, and all who live and breathe and have their being within her energy system are going through an unprecedented period of accelerated change. Even the Earth's magnetic fields are altering, matter is becoming less dense, or in other words we are becoming more 'light'. We are evolving into new bodies which will be made up of less dense matter, we are shifting up in vibration, literally moving into a higher dimension, body, soul and spirit. Like water can exist as a solid (ice), a liquid, a gas (steam) and even higher into the plasma states, our very being is going through a state change. We are leaving our caterpillar-ness behind to become spiritual butterflies! This process of graduating into the next dimension, or kingdom, is known as Ascension. In these higher dimensions many pioneers who have already made this quantum shift are now living in what we might call 'lightbodies'. These elder sisters and brothers of humanity have been the Saints and the Sages of all faiths, paths and Ways to God, the Teachers and the Mystics, and they have also of course led many, many normal lives. They have learnt and integrated that great truth that all is love, love is all, beyond all is love, and loving all is the beyond. A large group of these inner plane Masters and beings help us in all our work. These Inner Plane Ascended Masters are not really into just plain Ascension, which may surprise you. The Masters are into "Holistic Ascension!" There are many people advancing spiritually, but many are not doing so in a balanced manner! They are indeed making great progress on a Spiritual level, but they are not fully walking the talk of mastery in love on the mental and emotional levels. Many have not fully embraced their service mission and have not as yet embraced the full creation of their own "Heaven on Earth." We humbly point this out without judgment as a very loving reminder of the importance of a holistic and balanced approach to one's Spiritual Path. Our mission and purpose is to fully embody Spiritual mastery, unconditional love and wisdom on all levels of our being and more importantly, to teach others to do the same! much love to you all, Michael |
